Durante los d\u00edas martes 20 y mi\u00e9rcoles 21 de agosto, la Prefecta y presidenta del Comit\u00e9 C\u00edvico Provincial, abogada Roberta Zambrano<\/strong>, cumpli\u00f3 con una apretada agenda de medios en la ciudad de Quito<\/strong> donde enf\u00e1ticamente levant\u00f3 su voz de protesta por los a\u00f1os de abandono que ha sido sometida la provincia de Esmeraldas; exigiendo la inmediata reapertura del hospital Delfina Torres de Concha, creaci\u00f3n y reapertura de las extensiones universitarias, rechazo total a las pretensiones de cierre y concesi\u00f3n de Refiner\u00eda y de Autoridad Portuaria<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de exigir la reconstrucci\u00f3n efectiva de las \u00e1reas productivas luego del terremoto del 26 de abril del 2016.<\/p>

Demostrando su liderazgo, la Prefecta Provincial y presidenta del Comit\u00e9 C\u00edvico, intervino en los espacios m\u00e1s sintonizados de las cadenas Ecuavisa, Teleamazonas y Televicentro<\/strong>. Fue invitada a los diarios El Universo, El Comercio, y a la emisora Radio EXA de la Cadena Democracia<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de ser entrevistada por periodistas de otros medios de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

Roberta Zambrano<\/strong>, una mujer de temple, ratificando su liderazgo y amor a la provincia, denunci\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente ante el Ecuador entero, la realidad en que vivimos m\u00e1s de medio mill\u00f3n de esmeralde\u00f1os; pobreza, marginaci\u00f3n, contaminaci\u00f3n, envenenamiento de nuestros r\u00edos, falta de hospitales, hacinamiento en la sala de emergencia de la cl\u00ednica del IESS y la m\u00e1s grande injusticia contra nuestra juventud que se le niega el derecho a estudiar en una universidad ya que fueron cerradas las extensiones en la mayor\u00eda de cantones.<\/p>
