La presidenta de la Asociaci\u00f3n, Lorena Valdez, expres\u00f3 que el trabajo que se ejecuta en el sector rural de la parroquia Timbir\u00e9 est\u00e1 cambiando las condiciones de vida de la zona.<\/p><p>La dirigente, manifest\u00f3 que se realiz\u00f3 la gesti\u00f3n ante el Gobierno Provincial y se tuvo una respuesta favorable. Valdez, agreg\u00f3 que con la obra que se ejecuta, se fortalecer\u00e1 la seguridad alimentaria y la venta de pl\u00e1ntulas hacia el campesinado de la provincia.<\/p><p><strong>Freddy Delgado<\/strong>, t\u00e9cnico de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en diferentes sectores de la provincia se construyen pozos de caracter\u00edsticas similares<\/p><p>El funcionario, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, para el buen manejo del agua, se crea la Junta de Regantes donde los beneficiarios administran y distribuyen el l\u00edquido
