conservar y recuperar, los ecosistemas, especies y servicios ecosist\u00e9micos de Esmeradlas, se realiz\u00f3 el evento \u201c<strong>Juntos por el Ambiente<\/strong>\u201d, donde se dio a conocer los logros ambientales ejecutados por parte de la Prefectura.<\/p><p>Se aprovech\u00f3 la oportunidad para que la Prefecta Roberta Zambrano y el Viceprefecto Diego Zambrano, donaran contenedores de desechos comunes a 36 GAD parroquiales, con el objetivo de fomentar buenas pr\u00e1cticas ambientales y contribuir al bienestar de la provincia.<\/p><p><strong>Girad Vernaza<\/strong>, Rector de la Universidad T\u00e9cnica Luis Vargas Torres, indic\u00f3 que las actividades que ejecuta la Prefectura de Esmeraldas son un \u00e9xito porque generan concientizaci\u00f3n a la poblaci\u00f3n y adem\u00e1s, sus proyectos contribuyen al cuidado de las fuentes h\u00eddricas y el mejoramiento de la gesti\u00f3n ambiental en la provincia.<\/p><p>Por su parte, Edison Moreno, presidente del GAD Parroquial de Galera, fue claro al mencionar que la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental de la Instituci\u00f3n, reconoce el esfuerzo y compromiso de los activistas del medio ambiente, para continuar contribuyendo al bienestar de las comunidad esmeralde\u00f1a y los recursos naturales, por tal motivo, se entregaron placas de reconocimiento a representantes de \u00c1reas de Conservaci\u00f3n, empresas y ciudadanos que trabajan arduamente, promoviendo acciones de protecci\u00f3n en beneficio de nuestro
