Aceptando la cordial invitaci\u00f3n hecha por el Ministerio de Transporte y Obras P\u00fablicas del Ecuador MTOP, la Prefecta de Esmeraldas particip\u00f3 de la ceremonia de bienvenida del remolcador de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n \u201cASD MATER\u201d, \u00fanico en el pa\u00eds. Una embarcaci\u00f3n auxiliar de navegaci\u00f3n que, servir\u00e1 para facilitar las maniobras de atraque, desatraque y permanencia de buques petroleros.<\/p>

El evento se desarroll\u00f3 el mi\u00e9rcoles 16 de diciembre de 2020 en los muelles de Autoridad Portuaria de Esmeraldas, y cont\u00f3 con la presencia de los inversionistas privados del CitiKold Group, comprometidos con el desarrollo de la industria portuaria en el Ecuador.<\/p>

Finalizada la ceremonia formal y durante un recorrido demostrativo hecho por la embarcaci\u00f3n, la Prefecta de Esmeraldas<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que, de a poco, inversionistas centran su atenci\u00f3n en la provincia, por lo que se requiere mantener un plan de atenci\u00f3n de las necesidades de los puertos comerciales y petroleros.<\/p>

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Gabriel Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, ministro de Transporte y Obras P\u00fablicas del Ecuador, manifest\u00f3 que, la adquisici\u00f3n del nav\u00edo y puesta en operaciones demuestra una confianza por parte del sector privado hacia Esmeraldas, tras una inversi\u00f3n que supera los 8 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>
