La intervenci\u00f3n, realizada por t\u00e9cnicos y maquinaria de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, fue ejecutada en coordinaci\u00f3n con la comunidad, como parte de las tareas de prevenci\u00f3n y reducci\u00f3n de riesgos ante una futura etapa invernal.<\/p><p><\/p><p><strong>Humberto Palacios<\/strong>, a bordo de su veh\u00edculo tipo camioneta, manifest\u00f3 que, pasar por el sitio en el que se desarrollaron los trabajos era de pensar. Ya que, tras el socavamiento de la alcantarilla, sobre la ladera de la monta\u00f1a, conductores y transportistas de carga, corr\u00edan riesgo al pasar.<\/p><p><\/p><p><strong>Ana Hurtado<\/strong>, habitante del recinto El Agrado, describi\u00f3 el tipo de riesgo al que se expon\u00edan en un tramo de aproximadamente 160 metros de largo, afectados por el socavamiento de una alcantarilla y la inestabilidad, junto al precipicio.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Satisfecho por la ejecuci\u00f3n de los trabajos de excavaci\u00f3n, y estabilizaci\u00f3n de las laderas, <strong>Alejandro Valencia<\/strong>, dijo estar viendo una intervenci\u00f3n de calidad en favor de la comunidad, contrario a lo visto durante administraciones anteriores.<\/p><p>Se calcula que m\u00e1s de 6 mil metros c\u00fabicos de tierra fueron removidos, dentro del proceso de estabilizaci\u00f3n de taludes, afirmado, compactado, ampliaci\u00f3n y redise\u00f1o de la v\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Culminaron los trabajos de construcci\u00f3n de la nueva variante que desde la carretera estatal E20, conducen hasta las comunidades de, EL Achiote, Las Delicias y El Agrado.
