Campesinos satisfechos con los trabajos ejecutados por maquinaria de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, aprovecharon para solicitar futuras mejoras, producto de la confianza que brinda la actual administraci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Entre las personas agradecidas se encuentra <strong>Carlos Arroyo Valencia<\/strong>, habitante por m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os de la comunidad El Tope (llamada as\u00ed, porque es donde finaliza la v\u00eda). El, argument\u00f3 que, entendiendo las necesidades que tiene Esmeraldas, hoy conf\u00edan en la actual administraci\u00f3n provincial.<\/p><p>Mientras que, <strong>Mar\u00eda Aracely Guagua<\/strong>, moradora de la comunidad, manifest\u00f3 estar viendo como con un trabajo constante se est\u00e1n cumpliendo las acciones socializadas por la prefectura. Una instituci\u00f3n en la que recobran la confianza.<\/p><p>Por su parte, <strong>Benigna Valencia<\/strong>, vicepresidenta de la comunidad, expres\u00f3 que, gracias a los trabajos de mantenimiento, esperan que, servicios b\u00e1sicos como el del alumbrado el\u00e9ctrico; puedan llegar hasta su comunidad, y con ello, el del internet.<\/p><p>Finalmente, <strong>Javier Quintero<\/strong>, joven dirigente de El Tope, explic\u00f3 que, son m\u00e1s de 100 familias las beneficiadas con los trabajos de mejoramiento, ejecutados sobre su v\u00eda principal de acceso.<\/p><p>Todos ellos hoy esperan que las obras contin\u00faen para el beneficio de su comunidad, siendo uno de estos pedidos, la construcci\u00f3n de una alcantarilla.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Veh\u00edculos particulares de carga y transporte de personas, ya pueden circular con normalidad hacia las comunidades de Wenceslao y El Tope, desde el recinto El Reposo, en la parroquia Borb\u00f3n del cant\u00f3n Eloy Alfaro.
