La Prefecta, Roberta Zambrano<\/strong> Ortiz<\/strong>, particip\u00f3 de la reuni\u00f3n extraordinaria de COE Provincial en la Mesa de Seguridad que se activ\u00f3 el domingo 6 de diciembre, de manera emergente, por los acontecimientos suscitados en el CRS varones de Esmeraldas, que dejaron muertos y heridos lo que caus\u00f3 conmoci\u00f3n en los esmeralde\u00f1os.<\/p>

La convocatoria la realiz\u00f3 la gobernadora de la provincia, Cecilia Angulo, quien mencion\u00f3 que el objetivo es buscar una pronta soluci\u00f3n y respuestas de lo ocurrido con las autoridades que est\u00e1n al frente de la administraci\u00f3n de Justicia, para evitar que estos hechos se repitan.<\/p>

Junto al gobernadora estuvo la prefecta Roberta Zambrano, Jorge Navarrete del Servicio Nacional de Atenci\u00f3n Integral a Adultos Privados de la Libertad y Adolescentes Infractores (SNAI), V\u00edctor Morales, director del Centro Carcelario y representantes de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, Fuerzas Armadas, Hospital Delfina Torres de Concha, Ecu 911, Agencia Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito, Cuerpo de Bomberos, Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo.<\/p>

La reuni\u00f3n fue para analizar y coordinar la crisis que se vivi\u00f3 en torno a la seguridad del sistema carcelario.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

RESOLUCIONES:<\/p>

1.- Hacer una requisa masiva y exhaustiva al interior del Centro de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n Social de Varones de Esmeraldas.<\/p>

2.- Trasladar de pabell\u00f3n a los PPL para mitigar los eventos.<\/p>

3.- Transferir a 18 PPL a otro centro penitenciario de alta seguridad, tras ser identificados como l\u00edderes de la situaci\u00f3n actual.<\/p>

4.- Mantener los puntos de bloqueos de la v\u00eda de acceso.<\/p>

5.- Mantener el patrullaje perimetral del centro penitenciario con las FFAA.<\/p>

6.- Fuerzas Armadas crear\u00e1 un anillo de seguridad al exterior del Centro de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n Social de Varones.<\/p>

7.- Reforzar requisas al interior y exterior del centro carcelario.<\/p>

8.- Hacer un seguimiento permanente a los grupos dentro del centro carcelario.<\/p>

9.- Tener una articulaci\u00f3n 24\/7 entre gu\u00edas penitenciarios, Polic\u00eda Nacional y FFAA para fortalecer la seguridad del centro.<\/p>

10.-Bloquear el servicio de internet.<\/p>

11.- Mantener la videovigilancia del centro penitenciario con el apoyo del ECU911.<\/p>
