As\u00ed lo dieron a conocer las m\u00e1ximas autoridades de la prefectura de Esmeraldas, quienes llegaron hasta el recinto Juan Montalvo, situado en la parroquia Telemb\u00ed del cant\u00f3n Eloy Alfaro. Su construcci\u00f3n, permitir\u00e1 que unas 50 comunidades, incluidas 3 de la etnia Chachi, puedan estar incomunicadas por tierra, durante el invierno.<\/p><p>Con planos en mano e indagando acerca de la obra al ingeniero residente del proyecto y t\u00e9cnicos de la instituci\u00f3n, <strong>la Prefecta de Esmeraldas<\/strong> Roberta Zambrano, socializ\u00f3 ante la comunidad, que no esperaba su visita, cada uno de los detalles acerca de la infraestructura en construcci\u00f3n. La obra traer\u00e1 consigo dignidad, dinamizaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda y oportunidades de desarrollo.<\/p><p><strong>Ren\u00e1n Estupi\u00f1\u00e1n<\/strong>, ingeniero residente del proyecto, present\u00f3 los planos aprobados en el sitio de construcci\u00f3n y sum\u00f3 detalles agregados a la obra en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><strong>Rafael S\u00e1nchez <\/strong>director de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n de la Prefectura, expres\u00f3 que<strong>, <\/strong>con el redise\u00f1o y el aval de los consultores, el proyecto recibi\u00f3 la orden de reinicio para que act\u00fae la empresa contratista<\/p><p>Se contempla que el proyecto este culminado y listo para ser inaugurado en aproximadamente 3 meses, lo cual significar\u00eda que una nueva obra para la provincia sea entregada durante las fiestas de carnaval.
