La Prefectura de Esmeraldas y la empresa contratista han sido los responsables que, durante el transcurso de la obra, se dinamice la econom\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n beneficiada con el proyecto, que se construye en la parroquia Telemb\u00ed, del cant\u00f3n Eloy Alfaro.<\/p><p><\/p><p><strong>\u00c1ngelo Pa\u00fal Corozo Palacios<\/strong>, es uno de los trabajadores contratados, miembros de la comunidad.
