El recorrido fue dirigido por el contratista de la obra e ingenieros residentes. La visita se realiz\u00f3 el pasado viernes 27 de noviembre de 2020, en la parroquia Telemb\u00ed, cant\u00f3n Eloy Alfaro.<\/p><p>Luego de tres horas y media de viaje por carretera, ya en el sitio, <strong>la representante de la prefectura de Esmeraldas<\/strong>, abogada Roberta Zambrano, recorri\u00f3 el proyecto de mejoramiento que se construye sobre la v\u00eda Selva Alegre \u2013 Telemb\u00ed, de 28 metros de longitud, 48 toneladas de capacidad de carga y doble carril. All\u00ed manifest\u00f3 que, con la obra, se inicia un proceso de cambio y dignificaci\u00f3n de la vida de las comunidades m\u00e1s olvidadas del norte de la provincia.<\/p><p>Por su parte, <strong>Hern\u00e1n Rosero<\/strong>, director del \u00e1rea de Infraestructura Vial y Desarrollo de la instituci\u00f3n provincial, argument\u00f3 que, bajo el principio de conectar poblaciones, la Prefectura de Esmeraldas construye puentes y en el presente a\u00f1o inici\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de 5 estructuras similares.<\/p><p>Para el <strong>vice prefecto de Esmeraldas<\/strong>, Diego Zambrano, una vez que la obra est\u00e9 concluida, tras utilizar completamente la mano de obra local, la infraestructura tendr\u00e1 una incidencia directa en el costo de los productos cultivados y cosechados en la zona.\u00a0<\/p><p>La obra estar\u00eda totalmente terminada a finales del a\u00f1o 2020; lo cual pondr\u00eda fin al tener que quedarse incomunicados durante el invierno a las comunidades de la parroquia Telemb\u00ed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Autoridades y equipo t\u00e9cnico de la prefectura de Esmeraldas, verificaron el avance en el proceso de construcci\u00f3n del puente sobre el estero \u2018Quebrada del Parto\u2019.
