{"id":772,"date":"2019-08-13T10:59:14","date_gmt":"2019-08-13T15:59:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/prefecturadeesmeraldas.gob.ec\/?p=772"},"modified":"2019-08-13T11:09:21","modified_gmt":"2019-08-13T16:09:21","slug":"construccion-de-alcantarillas-mejora-acceso-en-la-parroquia-rural-carlos-concha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prefecturadeesmeraldas.gob.ec\/index.php\/2019\/08\/13\/construccion-de-alcantarillas-mejora-acceso-en-la-parroquia-rural-carlos-concha\/","title":{"rendered":"Construcci\u00f3n de alcantarillas mejora acceso en la parroquia rural Carlos Concha"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"772\" class=\"elementor elementor-772\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3e1f3bb elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"3e1f3bb\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1e1bcca\" data-id=\"1e1bcca\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31b8fe2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"31b8fe2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En el recinto Moncaume, de la parroquia Carlos Concha, la Prefectura construye 10 alcantarillas de 1200 mil\u00edmetros de di\u00e1metro, con el fin de mejorar la vialidad y el tr\u00e1nsito de los habitantes en las comunidades rurales del cant\u00f3n Esmeraldas.<\/p><p><strong>A lo largo de 1.86 kil\u00f3metros, que conecta el camino vecinal Moncaume \u2013 Carlos Concha<\/strong>, se mejora el acceso de 6 comunidades, para beneficiar a m\u00e1s de 200 familias dedicadas a la agricultura, donde tendr\u00e1n mayor facilidad para sacar sus productos a los mercados de consumo.<br \/>Xavier Chanoluisa, fiscalizador del GADPE, indic\u00f3 que se est\u00e1n implementando alcantarillas met\u00e1licas, cada una construida con cabezales de hormig\u00f3n de <strong>180 kilogramos de resistencia<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s, enfatiz\u00f3 que se realiza la excavaci\u00f3n de suelo para ampliar la v\u00eda a 6 metros de ancho, utilizando cascote <strong>en un tramo de 1,860 metros lineales aproximadamente<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Ra\u00fal Ca\u00f1izares, morador del recinto Moncaume, mostr\u00f3 satisfacci\u00f3n por el trabajo que realizan los t\u00e9cnicos con la maquinaria de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas. \u201cLa obra va avanzando gracias a la gesti\u00f3n de la Ab. <strong>Roberta Zambrano<\/strong>, que cada d\u00eda se preocupa por los campesinos, ella es una mujer fuerte, valiente;
