recinto Juan Montalvo, hasta las comunidades de Tsjepi, Jeyambi y Agua Sala, en la parroquia Telemb\u00ed del cant\u00f3n Eloy Alfaro.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Personal t\u00e9cnico y maquinaria al servicio de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas ejecuta las labores de lastrado, nivelaci\u00f3n y compactado de 1, 8 kil\u00f3metros de la v\u00eda y realizar\u00e1 el mantenimiento de otros 9,2 kil\u00f3metros, para un total de 10 kil\u00f3metros intervenidos dentro del programa de mantenimiento de la infraestructura vial de la provincia.<\/p><p><\/p><p><strong>David Qui\u00f1ones<\/strong>, supervisor de los trabajos ejecutados, dijo que el tipo de acciones emprendidas junto a la comunidad son altamente positivas.<\/p><p><strong>Ceferino Pianchiche<\/strong>, presidente de la comunidad Centro Chachi Tsjepi, indic\u00f3 que los trabajos que proponen una mejora en la calidad de vida avanzan con normalidad y generan satisfacci\u00f3n entre los habitantes, muchos de ellos a\u00fan se mantienen incr\u00e9dulos ante el olvido, la falta de atenci\u00f3n y falsas promesas que han recibido durante muchos a\u00f1os.<\/p><p><\/p><p><strong>Alexandra Pianchiche<\/strong>, habitante de la comunidad, agradeci\u00f3 la ejecuci\u00f3n de los trabajos que les permitir\u00e1n desarrollar a las tres comunidades Chachis situadas en la zona en la zona de influencia de la variante que se construye.<\/p><p>Se espera que los trabajos marquen el inicio de un proceso de mejoramiento que tiene cerca de 14 a\u00f1os de atraso en vista de la ausencia de trabajos en beneficio de estas
