Ricardo Merino, gerente de Petroecuador, para analizar la <strong>realizaci\u00f3n de nuevos proyectos en beneficio de los esmeralde\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/p><p>La Prefectura de Esmeraldas, en un hecho hist\u00f3rico, logr\u00f3 que Petroecuador, a trav\u00e9s del Plan de Compensaci\u00f3n para las provincias por donde pasan el oleoducto y poliducto, <strong>apruebe el presupuesto para la ejecuci\u00f3n de tres proyectos viales en Esmeraldas<\/strong>, gracias a la gesti\u00f3n de nuestra prefecta Roberta Zambrano.<\/p><p>Este jueves 19 de noviembre como parte de los actos por los 173 a\u00f1os de provincializaci\u00f3n, se realizar\u00e1 la colocaci\u00f3n de la primera piedra de la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda Cupa \u2013 Mancha de Ca\u00f1a \u2013 El Libertador, en la parroquia Rosa Z\u00e1rate del cant\u00f3n Quinind\u00e9 con un monto de inversi\u00f3n de 2 millones 257 mil 324 d\u00f3lares. El mantenimiento y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda comprendida desde el barrio 28 de Julio en Vuelta Larga y las parroquias Tabiazo y Carlos Concha en el cant\u00f3n Esmeraldas con un monto de inversi\u00f3n de 4 millones 18 mil 676 d\u00f3lares.<\/p><p>Y el mantenimiento y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda Chafl\u00fa \u2013 Colombo \u2013 Santa Patricia, en la parroquia Chinca del cant\u00f3n Esmeraldas con un monto de inversi\u00f3n de 3 millones 687 mil 490 d\u00f3lares, todas ellas financiadas con recursos de Petroecuador, gracias las gestiones realizadas por la prefecta Roberta Zambrano.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Prefecta de Esmeraldas, Roberta Zambrano Ortiz y el coordinador institucional C\u00e9sar Pimentel Concha, se reunieron en la ciudad de Quito, con el Ing.
