Esta infraestructura unir\u00e1 a las parroquia Chura y Viche en el cant\u00f3n Quinind\u00e9.<\/p><p>Atr\u00e1s quedar\u00e1 el viejo puente de tubos y madera que causaba p\u00e1nico entre los agricultores al tener que transportar sus cargas de manera peligrosa.<\/p><p><strong>Marco Buestan<\/strong>, ingeniero residente de la obra contratada por la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, dijo que el proyecto presenta un avance del 65 %, durante su tercer mes de labores. Al momento, se efect\u00faa el hormigonado de las cunetas y bordillos sobre la v\u00eda de acceso.<\/p><p><strong>Jos\u00e9 Alejandro Cortez<\/strong>, comerciante de la zona, observa c\u00f3mo, gracias a la obra, las condiciones para ejercer su actividad est\u00e1n mejorando desde el momento mismo en que iniciaron los trabajos, ya que se mejor\u00f3 la v\u00eda alterna al proyecto.<\/p><p>Entre los trabajadores de la empresa contratada, encontramos a <strong>Ernesto Camacho<\/strong>, quien afirm\u00f3 que est\u00e1 siendo testigo y parte del cambio.
