Atacames, pasando por los recintos Las Luchas, Las Vegas, hasta Bocas de Tazone, se ejecuta sin contratiempos y al momento se encuentra con un 50% de avance. <strong>Son aproximadamente 9 kil\u00f3metros los intervenidos de forma directa por la Prefectura de Esmeraldas.<\/strong> M\u00e1s de 5 mil personas entre habitantes, productores agropecuarios y agricultores se ver\u00e1n beneficiados con la obra.<\/p><p>Finalizados los trabajos de bacheo, sellado, y limpieza de alcantarillas, <strong>Marbyn Pimentel<\/strong>, ingeniero de infraestructura al frente del proyecto, detall\u00f3 que se espera culminar los trabajos durante la primera semana del mes de noviembre, convirti\u00e9ndose en otra obra que engalanar\u00e1 los 173 a\u00f1os de provincializaci\u00f3n de Esmeraldas.<\/p><p><strong>Manuel Arroyo<\/strong>, usuario frecuente de la v\u00eda, declar\u00f3 que, los trabajos empiezan a generar bienestar entre la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><strong>Edgar Cede\u00f1o<\/strong>, morador del recinto Las Luchas, precis\u00f3 que, con el paso de los trabajos por la v\u00eda, ya hay tranquilidad, seguridad y ahorro en tiempo, a diferencia de a\u00f1os anteriores, en que era muy complicado movilizarse.<\/p><p>Mientras que,<strong> Santos Zambrano<\/strong>, ciudadano de la tercera edad, expres\u00f3 que, gracias a las condiciones que hoy presenta la v\u00eda, incluso las emergencias m\u00e9dicas podr\u00e1n ser atendidas de manera
