En una nueva etapa del proceso, recientemente los contratistas realizaron el dise\u00f1o, fabricaci\u00f3n, y colocaci\u00f3n de 5 pasos a desniveles. Adem\u00e1s, se realiz\u00f3 la instalaci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas, y se efectuaron pruebas de presi\u00f3n, arrojando \u00f3ptimos resultados. Es claro recordar que el proyecto construido por la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, en la parroquia San Mateo, tendr\u00e1 una capacidad para regar 600 hect\u00e1reas de cultivos ubicados en el recinto Comuna Libertad de Timbre.<\/p><p><strong>Luis Palacios<\/strong>, ingeniero residente de la obra, explic\u00f3 que, gracias a la realizaci\u00f3n de las conexiones, la red de tuber\u00edas estar\u00eda siendo completada en los d\u00edas venideros y se estar\u00eda a la espera que entre en funcionamiento el tanque reservorio, que avanza en un 50% de su construcci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Como agricultor y ganadero, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Trivi\u00f1o<\/strong>, habitante de la zona, dijo sentirse motivado con el avance que presenta la construcci\u00f3n del sistema de riego, el cual nutre la esperanza de poder reducir la necesidad de agua para la siembra de cultivos, en cualquier \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o.<\/p><p>Esta nueva etapa del proyecto ha generado la contrataci\u00f3n de mano de obra local, como en el caso de <strong>Jefferson Israel Guadamud Neira<\/strong>, quien ve con admiraci\u00f3n el accionar de la actual administraci\u00f3n de la Prefectura, por Esmeraldas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Contin\u00faa la construcci\u00f3n del Sistema de Riego Timbre Fase 2.
