A las 10h00 de este jueves 8 de octubre, se realiz\u00f3 el programa de Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas del a\u00f1o 2019 de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, acorde a lo que establece la LEY ORG\u00c1NICA DEL CONSEJO DE PARTICIPACION CIUDADANA Y CONTROL SOCIAL<\/strong> en su Art. 11.- donde se\u00f1alan la obligaci\u00f3n de rendir cuentas las autoridades del Estado electas o de libre remoci\u00f3n, representantes legales de empresas p\u00fablicas o personas jur\u00eddicas del sector privado que manejen fondos p\u00fablicos o desarrollen actividades de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad que tienen las y los servidores p\u00fablicos sobre sus actos u omisiones.<\/p>

Debido a la emergencia sanitaria que se vive por la pandemia producto del Covid-19, el acto se lo realiz\u00f3 v\u00eda online, utilizando todas las plataformas digitales con que cuenta la Prefectura de Esmeraldas y tuvo una aceptaci\u00f3n masiva con miles de personas conectadas simult\u00e1neamente desde diferentes cantones de la provincia, desde otras provincias del pa\u00eds e inclusive desde otros pa\u00edses del mundo.<\/p>

La transmisi\u00f3n se la realiz\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina web de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas y fue retransmitida en vivo por las cuentas institucionales de la Prefectura en Facebook, Twitter, Instagram y Youtube.<\/p>

Adem\u00e1s, retransmitieron una decena de medios de comunicaci\u00f3n por lo que se estima que unas 12 mil personas accedieron a este informe.<\/p>
