Colombo, de 30 a\u00f1os, del barrio Chino; y Jos\u00e9 Qui\u00f1\u00f3nez, de 50 a\u00f1os, del sector San Pedro del cant\u00f3n Muisne, por parte de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas a trav\u00e9s de <strong>UNAMYDESC.<\/strong><\/p><p>Ellos tienen discapacidad f\u00edsica, debido a que sufrieron a temprana edad poliomielitis, impidi\u00e9ndoles que puedan desenvolverse de manera normal para realizar sus actividades diarias.<\/p><p>Over Colombo, manifest\u00f3 que al principio ten\u00eda que movilizarse arrastr\u00e1ndose; despu\u00e9s le entregaron una ayuda t\u00e9cnica, y hace cuatro a\u00f1os le donaron un transporte de energ\u00eda personal (PET), que en la actualidad se encontraba da\u00f1ado, por ello, agradece a la prefecta, <strong>Roberta Zambrano,<\/strong> por haberle ayudado con un nuevo PET, el mismo, que le facilitar\u00e1 su movilidad.<\/p><p><strong>Entrega gratis<\/strong><\/p><p>Entre tanto, Jos\u00e9 Qui\u00f1\u00f3nez, agradeci\u00f3 a la Prefecta por haberle dado este nuevo coche ya que ahora podr\u00e1 salir a disfrutar paseando por el malec\u00f3n de Muisne.<\/p><p>Por su parte, <strong>el presidente de UNAMYDESC de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, Roberto Ortiz Montenegro<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que estas ayudas t\u00e9cnicas continuar\u00e1n realiz\u00e1ndose en toda la provincia de Esmeraldas.<\/p><p>Agreg\u00f3 que, para ser beneficiario se tienen que entregar una solicitud ante la Prefecta de Esmeraldas, con los datos personales, m\u00e1s n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono y una foto de la persona solicitante y, en menos de 15 d\u00edas le entregar\u00e1n la ayuda t\u00e9cnica gratuitamente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
