La m\u00e1xima autoridad de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, Roberta Zambrano, encabez\u00f3 la visita, junto al equipo t\u00e9cnico de fiscalizaci\u00f3n, infraestructura y coordinaci\u00f3n institucional. El recorrido permiti\u00f3 evaluar aspectos como rendimiento y seguridad, tras di\u00e1logos con representantes de la empresa contratista, encargada de ejecutar el proceso integral de mejoramiento, sobre los 22.5 kil\u00f3metros de carretera.<\/p><p><strong>Roberta Zambrano<\/strong>, Prefecta de Esmeraldas, dijo que en la obra se aplica nuevas t\u00e9cnicas de trabajo, amigables con el medio ambiente.
