La visita fue encabezada por Roberta Zambrano, Prefecta de Esmeraldas, el director de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n, y la ingeniera responsable de aprobar el avance de la obra. El recorrido por el recinto Timbre, situado en la parroquia San Mateo, del cant\u00f3n Esmeraldas, se realiz\u00f3 el martes 1 de septiembre de 2020, constatando que, a la fecha, restar\u00eda cerca de un 40% para la finalizaci\u00f3n y puesta en funcionamiento del proyecto.<\/p><p><strong>Rafael S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, director de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, manifest\u00f3 que lo evidenciado durante el recorrido por la obra, as\u00ed como el di\u00e1logo con instituciones financieras para el desembolso de recursos, dar\u00e1 paso a la cancelaci\u00f3n de nuevas planillas a la empresa contratista.<\/p><p><strong>Evelyn Bennet<\/strong>, ingeniera fiscalizadora del proyecto, explic\u00f3 en detalle el avance en la construcci\u00f3n del sistema de riego, que abarca cerca de 600 hect\u00e1reas de terrenos aptos para cultivo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La construcci\u00f3n del sistema de riego Timbre Fase 2, fue sometida a un nuevo proceso de fiscalizaci\u00f3n.
