La obra contratada por la Prefectura de Esmeraldas se ejecuta sobre la v\u00eda La Y \u2013 El 40 \u2013 El Guadalajara. Una de las razones para su construcci\u00f3n, fue la de eliminar los problemas de movilidad que produce a los habitantes la creciente de los esteros y\/o vertientes de agua, en diferentes \u00e9pocas del a\u00f1o.<\/p><p><strong>Eddy Barco<\/strong>, ingeniero residente de la empresa contratista de la obra, describi\u00f3 que, de las 3 alcantarillas, las 2 de 1500 mil\u00edmetros de di\u00e1metro, se encuentran en la construcci\u00f3n de los muros de ala para su culminaci\u00f3n, mientras que la de 2 mil mil\u00edmetros ya estar\u00eda terminada.<\/p><p><strong>Darwin Vaque<\/strong>, habitante de la zona, resalt\u00f3 la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto de manera coordinada entre la Junta Parroquial de La Uni\u00f3n, la Alcald\u00eda del cant\u00f3n Quinind\u00e9 y la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, pues a su parecer, durante las pasadas administraciones, esta fue una zona olvidada.<\/p><p>Entre tanto, <strong>V\u00edctor Cede\u00f1o,<\/strong> usuario de la v\u00eda, describi\u00f3 el calvario que agricultores junto a sus familias y productos, ten\u00edan que enfrentar al movilizarse, antes de la construcci\u00f3n de las alcantarillas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con un avance de obra del 85%, entr\u00f3 en la etapa final la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto de construcci\u00f3n de 3 nuevas alcantarillas en la parroquia La Uni\u00f3n del cant\u00f3n Quinind\u00e9.
