La resoluci\u00f3n se dio la ma\u00f1ana de este jueves 23 de julio del 2020 y en la misma se dispone que los cobros que se hayan realizado por multas emitidas y cobradas por estos dispositivos se deber\u00e1n devolver a los conductores.<\/p><p><strong>Roberta Zambrano<\/strong>, Prefecta de Esmeraldas y Presidenta del <strong>Comit\u00e9 C\u00edvico<\/strong>, lider\u00f3 la defensa de los conductores. \u201cYo estoy como ciudadana y como Presidenta del Comit\u00e9 C\u00edvico. Defiendo al pueblo, no puede ser posible que se impongan multas de 140 d\u00f3lares a los esmeralde\u00f1os en plena pandemia, es ilegal la instalaci\u00f3n de estos fotorradares y judicialmente lo hemos demostrado\u201d, dijo.<\/p><p>\u201c<strong>Como autoridad, siempre lo dije, nosotros como Prefectura tenemos la competencia para cobrar peajes en las v\u00edas de la provincia, pero no lo hacemos ni lo vamos a hacer porque sabemos de la dif\u00edcil situaci\u00f3n que se vive y porque somos solidarios con nuestro pueblo. No les vamos a meter la mano al bolsillo. Nuestro pueblo en estos momentos no tiene trabajo, est\u00e1n endeudados, no tienen ni c\u00f3mo alimentarse, es inhumano lo que se hizo, emitir multas en plena pandemia<\/strong>\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p><p>Decenas de conductores tanto de la transportaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica como privados celebraron la resoluci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p><p>Edison Espinoza, dirigente de los transportistas, fue el que inici\u00f3 la lucha junto a <strong>Roberta Zambrano<\/strong> contra las multas que se emiten mediante fotorradares. \u201cTendr\u00e1n que sacar estos dispositivos y devolver los dineros cobrados de manera ilegal.
