Los trabajos consisten en lastrar y adecuar las arterias, para luego ser intervenidas con doble tratamiento.<\/p><p>La obra se ejecuta gracias a un convenio firmado entre la Prefectura de Esmeraldas y el Gobierno Parroquial, que permitir\u00e1 mejorar las condiciones de vida y movilidad de los habitantes de la zona.<\/p><p>Fabiola Zambrano, moradora del barrio Nuevo <strong>Chumund\u00e9<\/strong>, dijo que son necesarios los trabajos que se realizan en las v\u00edas ya que, no pueden transitar con normalidad por las malas condiciones que presentan. \u201cDe mi parte, la saludo y le agradezco a la prefecta <strong>Roberta Zambrano<\/strong> por las obras que est\u00e1 realizando en la parroquia y que siga haciendo m\u00e1s obras en otras comunidades. Que el se\u00f1or la bendiga y le de muchos a\u00f1os de vida\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p><p>Javier Porozo, habitante del sector, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los huecos y el lodo causan dificultades al momento de trasladarse de un lado a otro. El hombre, tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la importancia del mejoramiento de las calles, por lo cual, envi\u00f3 un mensaje de respaldo a la Prefecta Provincial.<\/p><p>Luis Zambrano, comerciante de legumbres, indic\u00f3 <strong>que los cambios en las calles son notorios y que su veh\u00edculo ya no se le da\u00f1ar\u00e1 seguidamente, por lo que agradeci\u00f3 a la Prefectura de Esmeraldas por la obra.<\/strong><\/p><p>El Teniente Pol\u00edtico de la parroquia, Luis Mafare, felicit\u00f3 al Gobierno Provincial por la voluntad pol\u00edtica de cambiar la historia de los pueblos.
