Los trabajos fueron contratados por la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, como parte de un proceso emergente en dos puntos cr\u00edticos del camino vecinal Cupa \u2013 Los V\u00e9lez, zona rural del cant\u00f3n Quinind\u00e9. La obra tiene por objetivo el mejoramiento del camino, que es utilizado por campesinos y estudiantes que habitan en la zona.<\/p><p><strong>Ram\u00f3n Christian G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, ingeniero de la empresa contratista y residente de obra, manifest\u00f3 que, pese a las dificultades de acceso al terreno y complicaciones debido a la presencia constante de lluvias, la obra se ejecuta conforme a los plazos de trabajo establecidos, con un avance de aproximadamente un 40 %.<\/p><p><strong>Emilio V\u00e9liz<\/strong>, joven habitante de la zona, dijo que las obras ejecutadas son importantes, debido a las complicaciones que han tenido por d\u00e9cadas, al tener que transportar los productos que se cultivan en la zona a lomo de mula, pues en invierno, ning\u00fan veh\u00edculo puede ingresar.<\/p><p>La ejecuci\u00f3n de este proyecto, adem\u00e1s, ha permitido la contrataci\u00f3n de la mano de obra local. <strong>Mauricio Napa,<\/strong> dice tener un profundo sentimiento de agradecimiento en medio de la fuerte recesi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que vive el Ecuador gracias a que encontr\u00f3 trabajo en esa obra.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La construcci\u00f3n de las 2 alcantarillas de 1500 mil\u00edmetros de di\u00e1metro lleva aproximadamente 3 semanas de labores.
