kits de bioseguridad, gener\u00f3 un sentimiento de agradecimiento entre los conductores que el pasado s\u00e1bado 30 de mayo se dieron cita en la explanada de Autoridad Portuaria de Esmeraldas, en el sector Las Palmas, Entre ellos <strong>Jos\u00e9 Arroyo<\/strong>, taxista perteneciente a la Cooperativa \u2018Esmeraldas Libre\u2019.<\/p><p><strong>Arroyo, <\/strong>aprovech\u00f3 las circunstancias para expresar su descontento ante la implementaci\u00f3n de fotorradares activados en plena crisis sanitaria y econ\u00f3mica.<\/p><p><strong>F\u00e9lix Velasco <\/strong>y<strong> Galo Cabezas <\/strong>rechazaron la acci\u00f3n negativa impuesta a conductores y transportistas por una resoluci\u00f3n que seg\u00fan dijeron, \u201cse hizo sin ning\u00fan convenio y sin ning\u00fan control\u201d.<\/p><p>Mientras que <strong>Pedro Zambrano<\/strong>, otro conductor de taxi, dijo estar agradecido al ver como la m\u00e1xima autoridad de la Prefectura, mostr\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por el gremio y puso en marcha la jornada de limpieza que reuni\u00f3 a la mayor parte de cooperativas de la
