comunidad rural de la provincia de Esmeraldas, t\u00e9cnicos y operadores de la Prefectura, <strong>realizaron la limpieza de una alcantarilla, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n el encausamiento de las aguas que de manera constante por all\u00ed fluyen, mediante el relleno con material a fin de evitar el colapso total del camino vecinal que desde el kil\u00f3metro 14 de la v\u00eda E15, conduce hasta comunidades Los Chivos y Los Ceibos en la parroquia Anchayacu, del cant\u00f3n Eloy Alfaro.<\/strong><\/p><p>Los trabajos fueron ejecutados el pasado lunes veinte (20) de abril de 2020, mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de una excavadora, una volqueta y personal calificado para realizar la actividad, empleando medidas de prevenci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Aduar Tello, motociclista que transitaba por el camino intervenido, reconoci\u00f3 la importancia de la ejecuci\u00f3n de este proyecto, para que, seg\u00fan dijo, \u201c<strong>los agricultores de la zona puedan sacar los productos<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p><p>Agradeci\u00f3 a la Prefecta ya que dijo que el \u00fanico objetivo es dar una soluci\u00f3n a las necesidades que aquejan a la poblaci\u00f3n del sector rural, en medio de la
