Proyectos entre los que se encuentra el estudio definitivo de la v\u00eda <strong>Chumund\u00e9 \u2013 Isla San Juan<\/strong>, que a la fecha se mantiene en la etapa de prefactibilidad, con un avance del treinta y cinco (35) por ciento. Proceso que se enfoca en determinar los costos referenciales, de construcci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de la obra.<\/p><p>Referente a este proyecto, cuyo prop\u00f3sito plantea unir a dos cantones de la provincia y beneficiar con ello a las comunidades rurales asentadas en las parroquias Chumund\u00e9 del cant\u00f3n Rioverde y Maj\u00faa, del Cant\u00f3n Esmeraldas, se inform\u00f3 que las acciones lograron desarrollarse con normalidad hasta el mes de marzo, luego de ello, el contratista elev\u00f3 una solicitud de suspensi\u00f3n de actividades.<\/p><p>De esa manera, para poder culminar dicha etapa, <strong>(prefactibilidad), es necesario seguir levantando datos de campo, los mismos que se contemplaba ejecutar desde el pasado dieciocho (18) de marzo, pero, a ra\u00edz de la propagaci\u00f3n del nuevo coronavirus (Covid 19)<\/strong>, y las medidas de restricci\u00f3n a la movilidad, los t\u00e9cnicos a\u00fan se encuentran a la espera de poder culminar el
