data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Por solicitud expresa de la Secretar\u00eda del Consejo Provincial, <strong>en cumplimiento a la disposici\u00f3n dada por Roberta Zambrano, prefecta de Esmeraldas, el pasado martes 31 de marzo se realiz\u00f3 una nueva sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la C\u00e1mara Provincial<\/strong>, mediante conferencia virtual, para tratar dos temas, siendo el m\u00e1s importante: La evaluaci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n provincial en virtud del Estado de Emergencia sanitario declarado por el Gobierno Nacional.<\/p><p>El objetivo de esta sesi\u00f3n, fue el de lograr articular acciones de cooperaci\u00f3n entre instituciones del sector p\u00fablico, acorde a las disposiciones constitucionales dadas por el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica en el art\u00edculo dos del Decreto <strong>Ejecutivo No. 1017<\/strong>, que dispone la coordinaci\u00f3n de acciones necesarias para mitigar los efectos del COVID19 en todo el territorio nacional.<\/p><p><strong>La reuni\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de todos los miembros de la C\u00e1mara Provincial<\/strong>, quienes estuvieron de acuerdo con priorizar acciones que permitan la conservaci\u00f3n de la vida de los esmeralde\u00f1os, siendo una de las resoluciones adoptadas por unanimidad, que <strong>se canalicen todos los recursos econ\u00f3micos que sean necesarios ante la emergencia sanitaria que se presenta, tratando de fortalecer el sistema de atenci\u00f3n en salud, y que se logre llegar con ayuda a la poblaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s vulnerable afectada por la crisis que hoy enfrenta la provincia.<\/strong><\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n se resolvi\u00f3 enviar un exhorto al Gobierno Nacional y al Comit\u00e9 de Operaciones Emergentes (COE), para que entreguen oportunamente las al\u00edcuotas adeudadas a los Gobiernos Seccionales y as\u00ed se pueda atender el pago de obligaciones como aportes que permitan seguir brindando una atenci\u00f3n oportuna.<\/p><p>Finalmente, se resolvi\u00f3 solicitar mayor agilidad en los tr\u00e1mites de cr\u00e9ditos en curso y aquellos de car\u00e1cter emergente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section Desarrollo<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-dd8d4d9 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"dd8d4d9\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara Provincial, realizada el pasado martes 31 de marzo, los miembros del pleno: <strong>alcaldes, delegados y representantes de las Juntas Parroquiales, resolvieron autorizar a la prefecta de Esmeraldas Roberta Zambrano, hacer uso de la moratoria por noventa d\u00edas que resolvi\u00f3 otorgar el Banco de Desarrollo a todos los Gobierno Aut\u00f3nomos Descentralizados del pa\u00eds (GADS)<\/strong>, para el pago de los contratos de financiamiento suscritos con la entidad financiera.<\/p><p>Esta acci\u00f3n resuelta por el directorio del Banco de Desarrollo y su gerente, surgi\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de una regulaci\u00f3n que se emiti\u00f3 desde el ente pol\u00edtico y financiero de control del estado, en virtud de la declaratoria de emergencia sanitaria y el decreto ejecutivo 1017 emitido por el Presidente Constitucional de la Rep\u00fablica del Ecuador.<\/p><p>Cabe destacar el inter\u00e9s y la comparecencia de modo virtual de todos los miembros de la C\u00e1mara Provincial de Esmeraldas para esta aprobaci\u00f3n.
