Pese al estado de excepci\u00f3n y la alerta sanitaria emitida por el Gobierno Nacional, profesionales de la Direcci\u00f3n de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, contin\u00faan ejecutando el an\u00e1lisis de los estudios requeridos para la ejecuci\u00f3n de futuras obras en la provincia. Esta acci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 durante la semana del 23 al 27 de marzo de 2020, mediante el uso de las tecnolog\u00edas de informaci\u00f3n (teletrabajo) para as\u00ed dar soluci\u00f3n a las necesidades que mantienen los caminos del sector rural de la provincia y su desarrollo productivo.<\/strong><\/p>

Entre los procedimientos realizados se encuentra la evaluaci\u00f3n del contrato de construcci\u00f3n del puente sobre el estero \u2018Quebrada del Parto\u2019, ubicado entre el camino vecinal\u00a0\u00a0 Timbir\u00e9 – Selva Alegre, Juan Montalvo \u2013 Telemb\u00ed, del cant\u00f3n Eloy Alfaro, provincia de Esmeraldas.<\/p>

Del mismo modo, se evalu\u00f3 el avance del estribo inicial para su construcci\u00f3n, la instalaci\u00f3n de geo malla biaxial para la cimentaci\u00f3n del estribo, la colocaci\u00f3n de geo textil, el re plantillo de hormig\u00f3n y acero de refuerzo para la zapata del estribo de inicio del puente, y la excavaci\u00f3n para la cimentaci\u00f3n del estribo de salida.<\/p>

Adem\u00e1s, en cumplimiento a las leyes ambientales, tambi\u00e9n se realiz\u00f3 la instalaci\u00f3n de una letrina m\u00f3vil para el uso del personal que ejecuta los trabajos, junto con la verificaci\u00f3n de los planos con el residente de obra. Estas tareas son parte del proceso de control de calidad y fiscalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>
