m\u00e1xima autoridad, realiz\u00f3 la socializaci\u00f3n del informe t\u00e9cnico de emergencias, afectaciones y m\u00faltiples atenciones presentadas en la red vial secundaria y caminos vecinales de la provincia, con el objetivo de informar a los miembros presentes que componen el Consejo Provincial, acerca de la <strong>declaratoria de emergencia vial en la zona rural de la provincia de Esmeraldas.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p>La sesi\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a efecto el pasado lunes diecis\u00e9is de marzo en horas de la ma\u00f1ana, en las instalaciones de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, sitio al que asistieron doce participantes logrando el Qu\u00f3rum necesario para desarrollar la reuni\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Luego de haberse aprobado el acta de sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del veinte de febrero como primer punto en el orden del d\u00eda, se present\u00f3 de manera detallada el informe t\u00e9cnico concluyendo que: <strong>Las emergencias superan la capacidad de respuesta de la instituci\u00f3n que cuenta con sesenta y seis m\u00e1quinas y sesenta operadores; obligando a la declaratoria.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e9d1389 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e9d1389\" provincia, por lo que se resolvi\u00f3: Acoger el informe t\u00e9cnico, declarar la emergencia vial, disponer la atenci\u00f3n operativa de las direcciones involucradas, efectuar los ajustes presupuestarios para la contrataci\u00f3n directa de obras y maquinarias, publicaci\u00f3n del informe de trabajo y financiero.<\/p><p>La declaratoria de esta emergencia vial tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de ciento veinte d\u00edas, tiempo en el cual se realizar\u00e1 la publicaci\u00f3n de los resultados en cada una de las
