Aproximadamente 600 personas asistieron al evento desarrollado en el Sal\u00f3n C\u00edvico T\u00e1cito Ortiz Urriola<\/p><p>El evento estuvo presidido por la prefecta de Esmeraldas, <strong>Roberta Zambrano Ortiz<\/strong>, quien present\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda los principales logros, obras, programas y proyectos ejecutados durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o en beneficio de los diferentes cantones y parroquias de la provincia.<\/p><p>La jornada inici\u00f3 con el ingreso de la m\u00e1xima autoridad provincial y la entonaci\u00f3n del Himno Nacional del Ecuador. Posteriormente, el viceprefecto <strong>Diego Zambrano<\/strong> brind\u00f3 las palabras de bienvenida, destacando la importancia de la transparencia y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana como pilares fundamentales de la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p><p>Durante el acto se desarrollaron presentaciones audiovisuales y exposiciones relacionadas con las acciones ejecutadas por UNAMYDESC y la empresa p\u00fablica ECODEP, resaltando el trabajo social, el fortalecimiento territorial y las obras de infraestructura impulsadas por la administraci\u00f3n provincial.<\/p><p>Asimismo, la ciudadan\u00eda disfrut\u00f3 de la presentaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica del reconocido grupo de marimba \u00c1frica Negra, reafirmando el valor de la cultura y la identidad esmeralde\u00f1a dentro de este espacio democr\u00e1tico y participativo.<\/p><p>Uno de los momentos destacados de la jornada fue la intervenci\u00f3n del asamble\u00edsta por Esmeraldas, Samuel C\u00e9lleri, quien acudi\u00f3 en representaci\u00f3n del presidente de la Asamblea Nacional, Niels Olsen, y realiz\u00f3 la entrega de un reconocimiento a la prefecta Roberta Zambrano por su labor al frente de la instituci\u00f3n provincial.<\/p><p>En su intervenci\u00f3n, la prefecta Roberta Zambrano expuso los avances alcanzados en \u00e1reas prioritarias como vialidad, salud, desarrollo productivo, turismo, inclusi\u00f3n social, atenci\u00f3n comunitaria y fortalecimiento institucional, reiterando su compromiso de continuar trabajando por el desarrollo integral de la provincia.<\/p><p>Como parte del proceso participativo y en cumplimiento de la normativa vigente, se abri\u00f3 un espacio de preguntas y aportes ciudadanos, fortaleciendo as\u00ed el ejercicio democr\u00e1tico y la interacci\u00f3n directa con la comunidad.<\/p><p>El acto concluy\u00f3 con la firma del acta de deliberaci\u00f3n, la entonaci\u00f3n del Himno a Esmeraldas y cierre cultural. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la participaci\u00f3n de aproximadamente 600 ciudadanos, autoridades, representantes de organizaciones sociales, l\u00edderes comunitarios e invitados especiales, la Prefectura de Esmeraldas realiz\u00f3 el Acto P\u00fablico de Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas correspondiente al periodo de gesti\u00f3n 2025, en el Sal\u00f3n C\u00edvico T\u00e1cito Ortiz Urriola de la instituci\u00f3n provincial.
