Entre los ex\u00e1menes que se realizan con mayor frecuencia se encuentran el an\u00e1lisis general de orina, coproparasitosc\u00f3pico, biometr\u00eda hem\u00e1tica y qu\u00edmica sangu\u00ednea de tres elementos.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, el laboratorio dispone de pruebas especializadas, como ex\u00e1menes hormonales, marcadores tumorales y estudios avanzados para el control de la glucosa en sangre, entre ellos la Hemoglobina Glicosilada (HbA1c), que permite conocer el promedio de az\u00facar en los \u00faltimos tres meses, as\u00ed como la glucosa en ayunas para evaluar niveles basales. Tambi\u00e9n se atienden otros requerimientos espec\u00edficos de la poblaci\u00f3n esmeralde\u00f1a.<\/p><p>La profesional resalt\u00f3 que estos servicios se ofrecen a costos accesibles, con el prop\u00f3sito de facilitar el acceso a ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dicos oportunos. El laboratorio funciona en la <strong>calle 10 de Agosto, entre Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar y Pedro Vicente Maldonado<\/strong>, en la planta baja del edificio de la <strong>Prefectura de Esmeraldas.<\/strong><\/p><p>Finalmente, se recomend\u00f3 a los usuarios recolectar las muestras de orina y heces en la primera emisi\u00f3n del d\u00eda, antes de ingerir alimentos o realizar actividades.
