Esta acci\u00f3n conjunta permiti\u00f3 atender de forma inmediata las afectaciones generadas por las intensas lluvias en la zona, que provocaron la acumulaci\u00f3n de agua y pusieron en riesgo la estabilidad de la v\u00eda.<\/p><p>Gracias a la coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional, se garantiz\u00f3 un trabajo seguro y eficiente. CNEL colabor\u00f3 con el corte de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica en el \u00e1rea de intervenci\u00f3n para permitir el desarrollo de los trabajos sin riesgos, mientras que el MTOP lider\u00f3 la gesti\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y log\u00edstica de la intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>C\u00e9sar Bustos, director provincial del MTOP, destac\u00f3 la preocupaci\u00f3n del Ministerio y del presidente de la Rep\u00fablica es rehabilitar la v\u00eda y garantizar la conectividad. Por eso se ejecutaron estos trabajos de emergencia, solicitando adem\u00e1s el valioso apoyo de la Prefectura, que facilit\u00f3 maquinaria, y de CNEL, que actu\u00f3 con sus t\u00e9cnicos para garantizar condiciones seguras.<\/p><p>Freddy Zambrano, habitante del sector, expres\u00f3 que, por las fuertes lluvias se form\u00f3 una piscina de agua que estaba da\u00f1ando la carretera, pero gracias al MTOP, la Prefectura y CNEL, el problema fue superado r\u00e1pidamente.
