Agradeci\u00f3 tanto a la unidad de la comunidad como a la Prefectura de Esmeraldas por actuar r\u00e1pidamente para solucionar este problema recurrente.<\/p><p>Nelson Sandoval, presidente de la parroquia Chinca, destac\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n de la comunidad, que proporcion\u00f3 las rocas necesarias para el enrocado.
