La Prefectura de Esmeraldas, en colaboraci\u00f3n con World Vision y la Asociaci\u00f3n de Producci\u00f3n Agropecuaria La Perla (ASOAGROLPRO), hicieron realidad la construcci\u00f3n de un puente peatonal colgante de 110 metros en la comunidad de La Perla, parroquia Rocafuerte. Este proyecto que tiene como objetivo principal mejorar la conectividad y seguridad de los habitantes, especialmente de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Carmen Mideros, les permitir\u00e1 acceder de forma segura y r\u00e1pida a su centro educativo.<\/p>

El puente, con una inversi\u00f3n aproximada de 60,000 d\u00f3lares, no solo busca facilitar el acceso a servicios b\u00e1sicos y actividades educativas, sino tambi\u00e9n fortalecer la comunicaci\u00f3n con zonas cercanas. La Prefectura aporta con el financiamiento y la log\u00edstica, mientras que World Vision brinda apoyo t\u00e9cnico y organizativo, asegurando un enfoque social. ASOAGROLPRO, por su parte, garantiza la integraci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n activa de la comunidad en el proceso de implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

La construcci\u00f3n del puente peatonal en La Perla representa un avance significativo para la comunidad. No solo mejora la seguridad vial y el acceso a la educaci\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n fomenta el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico local e impulsa la integraci\u00f3n social.
