La Prefectura de Esmeraldas a trav\u00e9s de la Gesti\u00f3n de Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n y Comunicaci\u00f3n (TIC’s) realiz\u00f3 la instalaci\u00f3n de un punto de internet, en el recinto El Roto de la parroquia Cube, cant\u00f3n Quinind\u00e9.<\/p>

Con estas acciones, esta entidad liderada por la prefecta, Roberta Zambrano, mitiga la brecha digital que existe en la provincia, mejorando la conectividad para el beneficio de 150 familias.<\/p>

Joshimar Bone Qui\u00f1onez, agricultor del recinto El Roto, muy contento, indic\u00f3 que este servicio de internet gratuito aporta al desarrollo rural de la provincia de Esmeraldas, mejorando el acceso a educaci\u00f3n, redes sociales, conocimiento y comunicaci\u00f3n con familiares que se encuentran en el extranjero.<\/p>
