La firma del acta y entrega de esta responsabilidad estuvo a cargo de <strong>Rafael Castillo, Secretario Ejecutivo del CON-NOR<\/strong> que actualmente trabaja en seis provincias del pa\u00eds; ellas son <strong>Esmeraldas, Carchi, Imbabura, Sucumb\u00edos, Orellana, Napo y el Norte de Pichincha, cant\u00f3n Cayambe.<\/strong><\/p><p>Cabe destacar que la finalidad del CON-NOR es la de trabajar en el fortalecimiento institucional de Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos Descentralizados, y que la Prefecta de Esmeraldas <strong>Roberta Zambrano<\/strong> asume esta dignidad, tras ocupar el cargo de vicepresidenta, ascendiendo a presidenta a ra\u00edz de la muerte de Edison Ch\u00e1vez, Prefecto de la Provincia del Napo que ocupaba el cargo.<\/p><p>Capacitaciones, asesor\u00edas, hermanamiento y apoyo al desarrollo comercial, son parte de las tareas que son aplicadas por el CON-NOR, con la finalidad de poder entablar sistemas de comercializaci\u00f3n mediante la firma acuerdos comerciales con otros pa\u00edses, mediante la uni\u00f3n y el trabajo asociativo entre gobiernos seccionales.<\/p><p><strong>Por su parte, la nueva presidenta del CON-NOR Prefecta de Esmeraldas Roberta Zambrano, detall\u00f3 su inter\u00e9s y orgullo en asumir esta responsabilidad, lamentando el fallecimiento de quien presidi\u00f3 este organismo<\/strong>.
