El resultado fue in\u00e9dito, ya que alrededor de mil personas, incluyendo muchos turistas, se congregaron en la comunidad durante el evento.<\/p><p>Este festival no solo fue un \u00e9xito en t\u00e9rminos de participaci\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n gener\u00f3 un impacto positivo en la econom\u00eda local, especialmente en el sector de la gastronom\u00eda. Se estima que se vendieron m\u00e1s de 500 platos preparados a base del exquisito cangrejo azul, lo que proporcion\u00f3 una significativa reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica para la comunidad.<\/p><p>Ante tal acogida, los residentes de S\u00e1lima y localidades cercanas expresan su deseo de que el Festival del <strong>Cangrejo Azul se convierta en una tradici\u00f3n arraigada, fomentando el turismo local y promoviendo la riqueza gastron\u00f3mica de la regi\u00f3n<\/strong>. En este contexto, se pide que, la Prefectura de Esmeraldas siga respaldando la institucionalizaci\u00f3n de este evento, contribuyendo as\u00ed al desarrollo sostenible y al fortalecimiento de la
