Los trabajos a realizar es dragar y evacuar material vegetativo en un \u00e1rea de 600 metros del estero, afirm\u00f3, \u00c1ngel Villavicencio, t\u00e9cnico de Prefectura.<\/p><p>Steven Wilson, morador del sector, indic\u00f3 que la intervenci\u00f3n de dicho estero ayudar\u00e1 a que la poblaci\u00f3n no tenga problemas cuando lleguen las lluvias.<\/p><p>Maribel Caicedo, habitante de la zona, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta obra no permitir\u00e1 que la poblaci\u00f3n se inunde, porque siempre que llega el invierno no podemos transitar y eso complica la situaci\u00f3n de los que vivimos aqu\u00ed, acot\u00f3 la habitante norte\u00f1a.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La direcci\u00f3n de Cuencas, Riego y Drenaje de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, con t\u00e9cnicos y maquinaria realiz\u00f3 limpieza de canales y del estero Mar\u00eda en la parroquia Col\u00f3n Eloy, en el cant\u00f3n Eloy Alfaro.
