la titularidad de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, ante la solicitud de licencia presentada por Roberta Zambrano, quien, de esta manera, cumple con la normativa legal vigente entorno a su candidatura a la reelecci\u00f3n, junto a su compa\u00f1ero de equipo y binomio Diego Zambrano.<\/p><p>C\u00e9sar Pimentel Concha, tiene una amplia experiencia como administrador en el sector p\u00fablico, ya que anteriormente ya ha ocupado el cargo de viceprefecto y otros puestos relevantes como la Coordinaci\u00f3n Institucional del Gobierno Aut\u00f3nomo Descentralizado de la Provincia de Esmeraldas.<\/p><p>La solicitud de licencia fue presentada al Consejo Provincial en pleno este mi\u00e9rcoles 28 de diciembre de 2022, en base a lo determinado en el art\u00edculo 47 literal S del
