Tiene 53 a\u00f1os y cuenta con un alto grado de preparaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y amplia experiencia en la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica; posee un diplomado en criminal\u00edstica en la Universidad Santiago Antunez Demayolo del Per\u00fa.<\/p><p>Recientemente asisti\u00f3 a la ciudad de Washington en los Estados Unidos, donde aprob\u00f3 el Seminario de Comunicaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica con enfoque a la aplicaci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, que se dict\u00f3 en el The George Washington University \u2013 United State of America.<\/p><p>Estuvo en el DINADER desde 1988 hasta 1991 como asistente administrativo y posteriormente, en el a\u00f1o 1994 hasta 1997, labor\u00f3 en el Honorable Congreso Nacional donde ocup\u00f3 los cargos de asistente administrativo y asesor legislativo.<\/p><p>Desde el a\u00f1o 2000 hasta el 2002, fue jefe de adquisiciones del Gobierno Provincial de Esmeraldas y en el a\u00f1o 2010 hasta el 2012, estuvo en la Asamblea Nacional donde fue prosecretario de la Comisi\u00f3n de Deportes, asesor administrativo y asesor de asamble\u00edsta.<\/p><p>Desde el 2014 hasta el 2017, trabaj\u00f3 en el GAD Municipal de Rioverde como abogado externo, asesor de la alcald\u00eda y Registrador de la Propiedad.
