discapacidad y en condici\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, se ha convertido en otra tarea cumplida por la Prefectura de Esmeraldas a trav\u00e9s de la unidad de Asistencia M\u00e9dica, Desarrollo Social y Cultural (<strong>UNAMYDESC<\/strong>) resaltando otro de los compromisos que sigue cumpliendo la administraci\u00f3n de <strong>Roberta Zambrano Prefecta<\/strong>, y <strong>Diego Zambrano<\/strong> vice prefecto.<\/p><p>Es importante resaltar que, este proceso se aplica mediante la solicitud expresa de los familiares de las personas con discapacidad, y tambi\u00e9n, a trav\u00e9s del levantamiento t\u00e9cnico de informaci\u00f3n obtenido a trav\u00e9s de las brigadas m\u00e9dicas, para posteriormente efectuar visitas t\u00e9cnicas, estudios socioecon\u00f3micos y la entrega de las ayudas.<\/p><p>Durante el 2022, habitantes de parroquias como Tonsupa, y La Uni\u00f3n en el cant\u00f3n Atacames, as\u00ed como los cantones Esmeraldas y Quinind\u00e9 han sido parte de las entregas, el cronograma se extiende a otros cantones de la provincia, en donde existen personas con graves condiciones de discapacidad, y sin la posibilidad de acceder a una ayuda que les permita tener una mejor condici\u00f3n de vida.<\/p><p>Personas parapl\u00e9jicas y cuadripl\u00e9jicas en sillas de pl\u00e1stico o postradas en una cama, otras con dificultad para caminar usando viejos y pesados palos de madera para caminar, caus\u00e1ndole heridas en sus axilas, o invidentes que ponen en riesgo su vida a falta de un bast\u00f3n gu\u00eda, son las condiciones de vida propuestas a mejorar con relaci\u00f3n a la \u201c<strong>Ruta de la Solidaridad<\/strong>\u201d, nombre que recibe este tipo de acci\u00f3n social que hoy caracteriza a la prefectura de Esmeraldas, y a <strong>Roberta Zambrano<\/strong> desde hace m\u00e1s de 25
