Agua Fr\u00eda \u2013 Play\u00f3n de la parroquia La Uni\u00f3n del cant\u00f3n Atacames, se construyen <strong>cunetas de hormig\u00f3n e infraestructura de encauzamiento de agua<\/strong>, para garantizar la durabilidad de la obra vial, trabajo que est\u00e1 realizando la <strong>Prefectura de Esmeraldas<\/strong>.<\/p><p><\/p><p>J<strong>os\u00e9 Verduga Valencia<\/strong>, responsable de la obra, explic\u00f3 que, en esta zona existen muchas pendientes y, adem\u00e1s, es curvil\u00ednea, por lo tanto, se recoger\u00e1 mucha agua de la calzada, la misma que se direccionar\u00e1 a las cunetas y podr\u00e1 encausar con la finalidad de evitar la erosi\u00f3n de la carretera, debido a que en esta zona se registran constantes lluvias.<\/p><p><\/p><p><strong>Nicasio V\u00e9lez<\/strong>, habitante de la zona, dijo estar agradecido por la obra, ya que antes ten\u00edan que salir en caballo cada vez que llov\u00eda, porque el lodo no permit\u00eda que puedan ingresar los veh\u00edculos, y si se aventuraba alg\u00fan chofer a realizar dicha acci\u00f3n no pod\u00edan salir porque se quedaban atascados, pero ahora los veh\u00edculos circulan de manera normal.<\/p><p><\/p><p><strong>Jos\u00e9 Rivas<\/strong>, transportista, refiri\u00f3 que ya est\u00e1n viendo el progreso en su comunidad, porque la vialidad significa desarrollo y ahora ya pueden sacar sus productos para comercializarlos en los mercados.<\/p><p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En los 9.3 kil\u00f3metros de la carretera Tazone &#8211;
