periodo fiscal 2021, dando cumplimiento al mandato constitucional establecido en el art\u00edculo 90 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, para aquellas autoridades electas o de libre remoci\u00f3n, representantes de empresas p\u00fablicas, o personas jur\u00eddicas del sector privado que manejen fondos p\u00fablicos o actividades de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico.<\/p><p>El evento se desarroll\u00f3 de manera formal en el sal\u00f3n c\u00edvico \u201cT\u00e1cito Ortiz Urriola\u201d de la ciudad de Esmeraldas, lugar en el que, en primer lugar, <strong>Jaime Bernal<\/strong>, gerente general de la empresa p\u00fablica \u201cEsmeraldas Construye su Desarrollo\u201d ECODEP, detall\u00f3 las cifras de producci\u00f3n y logros alcanzados en 2021.<\/p><p>El \u00e1rea social que tambi\u00e9n genera acciones para el bienestar de los esmeralde\u00f1os tambi\u00e9n rindi\u00f3 cuentas; motivo por el cual <strong>Lorena Mora<\/strong>, Coordinadora General de la Unidad de Asistencia M\u00e9dica, Desarrollo Social y Cultural UNAMYDESC, hizo referencia a los alcances, ayudas y prop\u00f3sitos ejecutados durante la actual administraci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Por su parte, <strong>Diego Ram\u00f3n Zambrano Loor<\/strong>, Vice prefecto de Esmeraldas, record\u00f3 que \u201cel mayor de los orgullos que se puede llevar una autoridad es el generar bienestar a trav\u00e9s de la correcta inversi\u00f3n del presupuesto, ejecutando obras que generen bienestar.\u201d.<\/p><p>Tras evidenciar de forma audiovisual ante el p\u00fablico presente, finalmente, <strong>Roberta Zambrano<\/strong>, Prefecta de Esmeraldas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, como autoridad, y pese a los ataques partidistas que buscaron generar desconfianza hacia su administraci\u00f3n, \u201cest\u00e1 demostrando con obras, acciones solidarias y oportunas gestiones, qu\u00e9 Esmeraldas S\u00ed puede salir adelante\u201d.<\/p><p>El acto efectuado el 24 de abril de 2022, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de importantes medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y otras autoridades de la provincia, preocupados por el
