Destac\u00f3 el estado de abandono en que se encontraban desde hace algunas d\u00e9cadas atr\u00e1s y todo eso ha quedado en el pasado ya que asegur\u00f3, \u201c<strong>Roberta s\u00ed cumple<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p><p>Milton Escobar ha vivido toda su vida en la zona rural de Carlos Concha y dice que, nunca hab\u00eda visto a una autoridad trabajar tanto por ellos. \u201c<strong>Llevo m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os esperando que alguien haga algo por nosotros, hasta que lleg\u00f3 Roberta y nos cambi\u00f3 la vida<\/strong>\u201d;
