Timbre pertenecientes a la parroquia San Mateo, cant\u00f3n Esmeraldas,<\/strong> recibieron asistencia en salud y medicina totalmente gratis; como parte de las brigadas m\u00e9dicas que lleva a cabo la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, a trav\u00e9s de la Unidad de Asistencia M\u00e9dica, Desarrollo Social y Cultural <strong>(UNAMYDESC)<\/strong> en toda la provincia.<\/p><p>\u201cEs una mujer dedicada creo que no nos equivocamos a elegirla, especialmente porque se preocupa mucho por los campesinos, los enfermos, las carreteras y estamos prestas para ayudarla y seguirla apoyando, seg\u00fan lo que ella haga durante este periodo\u201d expres\u00f3, Alfarina Cede\u00f1o Mendoza, sobre la prefecta, Roberta Zambrano.<\/p><p><strong>Alfredo Meza, presidente de la comuna de Timbre, agradece la ayuda de la Prefecta, por la brigada m\u00e9dica y preocuparse por la salud de los ciudadanos.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s, confiamos mucho en ella, especialmente en la actitud positiva que tiene de trabajar a favor de las comunas y recintos de Esmeraldas, acot\u00f3, el dirigente comunitario.<\/p><p>Para el presidente de UNAMYDESC, Roberto Ortiz, se est\u00e1 cumpliendo las disposiciones de la prefecta, Roberta Zambrano, de llegar con doctores y especialistas, proporcionando medicamentos gratuitos a las personas que m\u00e1s
