finalidad de seguir cumpliendo el Plan Progresivo de Retorno al Trabajo, la prefectura de Esmeraldas mediante la gesti\u00f3n aplicada por la direcci\u00f3n de Talento Humano sigue ejecutando este proceso peri\u00f3dico de bioseguridad, con el compromiso de salvaguardar la salud de los funcionarios y la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Mediante un comunicado emitido el 13 de enero de 2022, se dio a conocer a directores, coordinadores, especialistas, analistas, viceprefectura y prefectura, que para el d\u00eda 14 de enero de 2022, se modifican los horarios de salida, para llevar una adecuada jornada de desinfecci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><\/p><p>De tal manera, para el personal que ejerce sus actividades en el edifico central, el horario de inicio del proceso es a las 15:00 horas; del dispensario m\u00e9dico a las 14:00 horas, y del \u00e1rea de talleres situado en la parroquia San Mateo a las 13:00 horas.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Entre las observaciones, se solicit\u00f3 al personal dejar las instalaciones abiertas, para realizar una completa labor de
