Mediante la firma de una carta de entendimiento, Roberta Zambrano prefecta de Esmeraldas y actual presidente de la Mancomunidad del Norte del Ecuador, suscribi\u00f3 un acuerdo de cooperaci\u00f3n internacional con la coordinadora nacional del programa Si-Frontera, dirigido por la organizaci\u00f3n no gubernamental GIZ de Alemania.<\/p>

Seg\u00fan detall\u00f3 Ryder Hurtado<\/strong>, joven profesional esmeralde\u00f1o que asumi\u00f3 el cargo de coordinador general de la Mancomunidad del Norte de Ecuador, a trav\u00e9s de la firma del documento, se da continuidad a un programa muy importante de apoyo a las familias m\u00e1s vulnerables y en condici\u00f3n de movilidad humana, asentadas en la l\u00ednea fronteriza.<\/p>

Para Lady Cede\u00f1o<\/strong>, directora de la Gesti\u00f3n de Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, es mediante este tipo de articulaci\u00f3n que la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos mancomunados permitir\u00e1 fortalecer diversos proyectos formativos y de emprendimientos, orientados en aportar herramientas para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social.<\/p>

Julia Unguer<\/strong>, Coordinadora Nacional del programa Si-Frontera, de la Agencia de Cooperaci\u00f3n Alemana, declar\u00f3 que la firma del nuevo acuerdo demuestra las ganas de seguir trabajando junto a una instituci\u00f3n que, bajo la administraci\u00f3n de la prefecta de Esmeraldas, se logr\u00f3 la donaci\u00f3n de instrumentos m\u00e9dicos especializados para la realizaci\u00f3n de brigadas m\u00e9dicas, jornadas de capacitaci\u00f3n y asistencia.<\/p>

Por su parte, Roberta Zambrano Ortiz<\/strong>, prefecta de Esmeraldas y actual presidente de la Mancomunidad del Norte del Ecuador, enfatiz\u00f3 que, a la par de las obras de infraestructura civil, la acci\u00f3n social y articulaci\u00f3n con organismos de cooperaci\u00f3n internacional, son dos de los objetivos que marcan las prioridades dentro de su gesti\u00f3n, ahora como una estrategia de desarrollo territorial conformada por las provincias de Carchi, Imbabura, Sucumb\u00edos y Esmeraldas.<\/p>
