de Esmeraldas y representantes de la empresa contratista, se conoci\u00f3 que, avanzan en un 15% los trabajos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n y asfaltado de la v\u00eda Chafl\u00fa \u2013 Colombo \u2013 Santa Patricia, situada en la parroquia Chinca del cant\u00f3n Esmeraldas; proyecto en el que son invertidos 3 millones, 169 mil 449 d\u00f3lares con 14 centavos, v\u00eda compensaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Constatando los avances de cada proyecto en territorio, <strong>Roberta Zambrano Ortiz<\/strong> \u2013 prefecta de Esmeraldas, salud\u00f3 el acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico brindado por t\u00e9cnicos PETROECUADOR y destac\u00f3 que, gracias al porcentaje de la obra, por lo menos ya se tiene una v\u00eda de acceso estabilizada y transitable.<\/p><p>Mientras que, <strong>Henry Coyago<\/strong>, ingeniero residente del proyecto, indic\u00f3 que, en la actualidad, son 4 frentes de trabajo los que ejecutan diversas labores a lo largo del trayecto, logrando un cumplimiento a los plazos de tiempo inscritos dentro del contrato, y generando la ocupaci\u00f3n laboral de la mano de obra local.<\/p><p>Respecto al tema ambiental y de bioseguridad, <strong>Josselyn Casta\u00f1eda<\/strong>, profesional encargada del \u00e1rea, describi\u00f3 el tipo de tareas efectuadas aplicando las recomendaciones que exigen este tipo de obras.<\/p><p>Habitantes de la comunidad beneficiada, entre ellos <strong>Cristhian Vera<\/strong> del recinto Santa Patricia, dijo sentirse muy contento con el avance del proyecto, que est\u00e1 recuperando la confianza de los habitantes hacia una autoridad provincial como Roberta
