Con la inauguraci\u00f3n del asfaltado de la v\u00eda E15 \u2013 Guachal \u2013 Much\u00edn de 7,2 kil\u00f3metros en la parroquia S\u00faa, del cant\u00f3n Atacames, la prefectura de Esmeraldas sum\u00f3, el pasado s\u00e1bado 31 de agosto de 2021, otro d\u00eda hist\u00f3rico para la provincia, entorno al mejoramiento de la infraestructura vial para el desarrollo.<\/p>

Durante el acto de inauguraci\u00f3n, dirigentes de las comunidades beneficiadas con el proyecto de mejoramiento aplicado gracias a la utilizaci\u00f3n de operadores y equipo t\u00e9cnico de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, agradecieron el compromiso, cumplimiento y dedicaci\u00f3n demostrado con la obra.<\/p>

Hern\u00e1n Rosero<\/strong>, director de Infraestructura de la Prefectura, detall\u00f3 que, producto del descuido de pasadas administraciones provinciales, la v\u00eda sufri\u00f3 un deterioro que imposibilitaba el tr\u00e1nsito de cualquier veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Patricio L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, director de Fomento y Desarrollo Productivo argument\u00f3 que es de esta manera, en que se debe apoyar a emprendedores, agricultores y productores que con sus manos cultivan el campo.<\/p>

Sandra Zamora<\/strong>, concejal del cant\u00f3n Atacames, al igual que William Mendoza<\/strong>, activista social, exaltaron la importancia de la obra que, aporta a la mejora de las condiciones de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

Placas de reconocimiento fueron entregadas durante el acto, entre ellas una por parte de Carmen Vera Gaspar<\/strong>, presidenta del Gobierno Parroquial de S\u00faa.<\/p>

Jos\u00e9 Zambrano Ortiz<\/strong>, conductor de bus, dijo sentirse inmensamente agradecido por el cambio que permite realizar su actividad prestando un \u201cmejor y m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido servicio\u201d.<\/p>

Comunidades rurales como Guachal, Much\u00edn, 7 de agosto, y Angostura, ahora se benefician con la mejora del trayecto, que reduce hasta en cuarenta minutos su recorrido, para realizar una diligencia, emergencia, o actividad diaria.\u00a0<\/p>
